Here at Leather vest zone, we believe that we make the best possible product. With that in mind, we want to offer the best possible and easiest returns and exchange process imaginable.
Stock items may be returned to Leather vest zone within 30 days for a full refund or Exchange.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Unfortunate cannot refund CUSTOM ORDERS vests which are custom made to your specs, so please measure carefully. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, in which case we will refund shipping costs.
FAULTY GOODS
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning.
If the manufacturing of your order are faulty or sizes are wrong from our end. We are ready to return, replace or refund for your order. Just email us, we are happy to make changes for you. Your order will ship within 10 days.
HOW TO RETURN?
If product is qualified to Return or Replacement or Refund then please follow the Procedure.
- First of all contact us and get approval for Return or Replacement.
- Please mention your name, order number & email address which is used to place order. If the product is defected, please send pictures of the defects.
- We will contact back to you within 48 working hours to help you in the best possible way.
- We will give you our return address when you get the approval for Return or Replacement. For your safety, when you are return an item to us, we will recommend you use a delivery service.
- For any further inquiries, feel free to contact us.
REFUND
- Refunds will be processed within almost 5 to 8 business days after we receive your returned product.
- Refund will be made to your original payment method like PayPal or Stripe or TT.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
