Created from Federal (Navy) blue wool, which is 20 oz, the fabric of this jacket is not only robust but also authentic. It is lined with muslin to make it comfortable to wear and comes with an extra pocket on the inside. The jacket has a 12-button front, 5/8” US Eagle buttons, and functional cuffs with two buttons on the standing collar and sabre belt bolsters on the back are included The jacket has Cavalry yellow and also features double tape collars and 3/8” tape along the collar, sleeve, front edge, bottom end, the back and the bolsters.
