1: Neck:Just below your Adam’s apple, take a skin tight measurement around your neck.

2: Chest:This measurement is taken just below to your breast under the arms, narrowly around the body.

3: Waist:Measure around the body at your normal waist level, normally 6 cm below your bellybutton.

4: Height:Stand next to a wall, put a ruler straight on your head and mark at the point where the ruler touch the wall, measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

How to Measure

1:Use a Seamstress Tape to Measure Yourself.

2:All measurements are in cm. Measurements are of the garment only and not of a human's body. Please use this chart as a guide only.

3: Note:If you plan on wearing heavy layers underneath, make sure to measure the sizes with layers on.

4:If your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest that you size up for a better fit.

5:your thigh measurements are bigger than your waist, go with your thigh measurement.

How to Measure

Head circumference should be measured using a measuring tape from the mid forehead above the ears to the back of the head.
