2: Chest:This measurement is taken just below to your breast under the arms, narrowly around the body.

3: Waist:Measure around the body at your normal waist level, normally 6 cm below your bellybutton.

4: Height:Stand next to a wall, put a ruler straight on your head and mark at the point where the ruler touch the wall, measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

How to Measure

Head circumference should be measured using a measuring tape from the mid forehead above the ears to the back of the head.
